For gaiwan (lidded bowl) brewing: 3-4 grams, 85-90℃ warm water, 30 seconds - 1 minute (gradually increasing the time), 4-5 times.

Note: It is recommended to use the "middle-pouring method" for brewing jasmine tea. First, pour in 1/3 of the water and add the tea leaves, then add water until it is about 70% full. This avoids directly brewing with high temperature, which can damage the floral aroma. Avoid using boiling water directly, as this can scald the tea leaves, resulting in a bitter taste and loss of floral aroma.

IV. ⚠️ Precautions
Water Temperature Control: Jasmine tea is made from green tea leaves with delicate buds. Avoid using boiling water (100℃) directly, as high temperature will destroy the amino acids and aromatic substances in the tea leaves, resulting in a yellowish, bitter taste and loss of jasmine aroma.

It is recommended to let boiling water cool to 85-90℃ before brewing. If using freshly boiled water, pour it into a fairness cup to cool it down first, or add a small amount of cold water to the cup and mix before brewing the tea.

Storage Method: Unopened ceramic jars should be stored in a cool, dry, and odorless place, avoiding direct sunlight and humid environments. The excellent sealing properties of ceramic jars effectively prevent the tea from oxidizing and retaining its flavor.

After opening, please tighten the lid immediately after each use. It is recommended to consume the tea within 1-2 months to prevent it from absorbing odors or becoming damp, which would affect its aroma and taste.
