We offer a 7-day return policy for unopened and unused tea products.
Due to food safety regulations, opened tea products cannot be returned.
If you receive damaged, incorrect, or defective goods, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Unless it is our fault, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned goods.
Orders can be completely cancelled before shipment.
