III. 🍵 Brewing Guide
* For daily cup brewing: 3-5 grams, 95-100℃ boiling water, 3-5 minutes, 7-8 infusions.
* For Gongfu tea brewing: 5-7 grams, 95-100℃ boiling water, 10-30 seconds per infusion (gradually increasing the infusion time), 10 times or more.

IV. ⚠️ Precautions
Da Hong Pao is a semi-fermented oolong tea. Under suitable conditions, it can be stored and aged for a short period, resulting in a more mellow flavor. However, it is important to avoid moisture and the absorption of foreign odors, as this can affect the quality of the tea.

Brewing Details
Da Hong Pao is best brewed with boiling water, as high temperatures better bring out its unique rocky and roasted aromas. A Yixing teapot or a white porcelain gaiwan is recommended. Yixing teapots offer better breathability, further enhancing the tea's flavor, while a white porcelain gaiwan allows for better observation of the tea's color.

Drinking Suggestions
