Premium Grade Small Bud Jin Jun Mei Tea Gift Box【250g】
This premium Jin Jun Mei gift box features a predominantly Chinese red color scheme with hand-painted bamboo-patterned gold foil design. Inside are two exquisite ceramic airtight jars, combining oriental aesthetics with practical tea storage functionality, making it a high-end gift choice among black teas.
Raw Material Grade: Made from single-bud spring tea leaves from high-mountain tea trees in the core production area of Wuyi Mountain, this is the most tender grade of raw material for black tea. It has a low polyphenol content, extremely mild bitterness, and a prominent honey and orchid aroma.
Processing Characteristics: Refined through traditional hand-withering, rolling, fermentation, and roasting processes, the buds show prominent golden tips, and the tea leaves are tightly rolled and uniform, making it a "premium small bud" grade of Jin Jun Mei.
Packaging Advantages: The gift box includes two ceramic airtight jars with a warm, glossy finish. Not only are they aesthetically pleasing, but they also effectively isolate the tea from air, moisture, and odors, locking in the fresh aroma of the tea. They can also be reused for long-term tea storage.

III. 🍵 Brewing Guide
* **Daily Cup Brewing:** 2-3 grams (about a small pinch), 90-95℃ purified water, 2-3 minutes, 5-6 infusions.
* **Gongfu Tea Brewing:** 3-5 grams, 90-95℃ purified water, 10-30 seconds per infusion (gradually increasing the time), 7-8 infusions.
* **Note:** It is recommended to rinse the tea leaves for 5 seconds first to awaken the aroma and remove any dust, resulting in a more even flavor in subsequent infusions. Avoid using boiling water directly, as this can scald the tender buds, causing bitterness and loss of aroma.
IV. ⚠️ **Precautions:**
* **Water Temperature Control (Crucial):** Jin Jun Mei tea buds and leaves are delicate. Absolutely avoid using 100℃ boiling water. High temperatures will destroy the amino acids and aroma compounds in the buds and leaves, resulting in a yellowish, bitter tea, and loss of honey and orchid fragrance.
It is recommended to let boiling water cool to 90-95℃ before brewing. If using freshly boiled water, pour it into a fairness cup to cool it down first, or add a small amount of cold water to the cup and mix before brewing the tea.
Storage Method: Unopened ceramic jars should be stored in a cool, dry, odorless place, avoiding direct sunlight and humid environments. Ceramic jars have excellent sealing properties, allowing for long-term storage of tea and preventing oxidation and moisture absorption.
After opening, please tighten the lid immediately after each use. It is recommended to consume the tea within 1-2 months to prevent the tea from absorbing odors or oxidizing due to moisture, which would affect its flavor.
It is not recommended to store tea at room temperature for extended periods. For long-term storage, seal the jar and refrigerate (0-5℃) to extend its shelf life.
Brewing Details: It is recommended to use a glass cup or a white porcelain gaiwan for brewing. A glass cup allows for better observation of the tea leaves unfurling in the water, while a white porcelain gaiwan better highlights the golden color of the tea soup.
The amount of tea leaves used should not be too much. Jin Jun Mei tea buds and leaves are delicate, and too much tea can easily make the tea too strong, masking its natural sweet flavor. The steeping time should also not be too long; after 3 minutes, the tea will gradually become astringent.
When re-steeping, adjust the steeping time according to the tea's strength. For the second steeping, extend the steeping time by 10-20 seconds to avoid making the tea too weak.
Drinking Suggestions: It is recommended to drink it plain, without adding sugar, milk, or other additives, to better appreciate the natural honey and orchid aroma of Jin Jun Mei. Jin Jun Mei is mild and gentle on the stomach, so even those with sensitive stomachs can drink it in moderation.
Tea contains caffeine, so it is not advisable to drink strong tea before bed to avoid affecting sleep. The brewed tea leaves can also be eaten; they are rich in dietary fiber and vitamins, but it is essential to ensure that the tea is from a safe source and free of pesticide residues.
